The price is US$4.99 as a one-time payment. The purchase-specific link or code must be activated within 24 hours. The original buyer then receives 30 days of repeat personal use from first successful activation.
A 24-hour refund window
Before successful activation, the buyer may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Email DearNextStep@outlook.com and include the order details.
No change-of-mind refunds
Once access has been successfully activated, no refund is offered because the buyer changed their mind or no longer wants the digital product. Where required by law, checkout will request consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of any effect on withdrawal rights.
We will review genuine order or access failures
Contact support for duplicate or unauthorized charges, non-delivery, continued inability to access the product after reasonable troubleshooting, or a product materially different from its description. Applicable law and Lemon Squeezy’s platform or payment decisions still apply.
If the activation link or code expires
If a delivery or technical problem prevents activation, contact support within 7 days of purchase. After the order is verified, Dear Next Step may issue one replacement. A replacement does not restart or extend a 30-day access period that has already begun.
This summary does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund when required by its platform, payment, or chargeback policies.

No. It is a self-reflection product with an original questionnaire and predefined scoring rules. It is not a validated psychological instrument, medical diagnosis, or one-to-one counseling service. It cannot guarantee a better job or a particular outcome.
Does AI write the report?
The planned report system matches your answers to predefined rules and prewritten explanations. It does not generate report text with AI at the time you take the questionnaire.
What happens if I change browsers?
The planned product remembers access in your authorized browser. Switching browsers or clearing browser data may require support to verify your order and restore access. Restoring access does not restore deleted local answers or restart your 30-day period.
Can I purchase it today?
